CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE
VALE SPLASH BOX
Your Splash Box contains a Session of the Splash Method (Aquatic stimulation + Infant massage). In order to enjoy it, read the following conditions carefully
To use the Splash Box voucher, it is essential to make an appointment in advance at the Splash center where it will be exchanged for the Splash method session.
1. The Splash Box voucher is valid for up to 18 months after the date of purchase. It is important to keep the proof of purchase.
2. The baby's age limit to redeem the Splash Box session is from birth to 12 months of age.
3. It is essential to make a reservation in advance to enjoy the Splash Baby Spa experience, indicating to the collaborator that you have a Splash Box and providing the 5-digit number that appears on the voucher.
4. To make the reservation, you must take the contact that appears indicated in the list of Splash Baby Spa centers. The Splash Baby Spa establishment where the reservation has been made is solely responsible for the fulfillment of the offer.
5. The day / hour of use and enjoyment of the session is conditioned on the availability of the Splash Baby Spa center where it will be exchanged.
6. The Splash Baby Spa center will not be able to accept the reservation without presenting the original voucher.
7. No cancellation or postponement of the reservation will be accepted without the agreement of the Splash Baby Spa center where the reservation was made. Any cancellation of the reservation must comply with the cancellation policy of the center. In case of non-compliance or no-show at the place and time of the reservation, the voucher will be considered enjoyed.
8. Photocopies or defective copies of the voucher will not be accepted as proof to make the reservation.
9. In case of non-use, loss or destruction of the voucher, you will not be eligible for any refund.
